As a practising clinical psychologist and researcher with more than twenty years' experience in regional public health settings, I focus on the value of motivational interviewing in helping people to change and grow.
I am a member of the international Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) and a MINT Certified Trainer. I've led train the trainer programs for MINT in Australia, Europe and the USA.
I completed a PhD at the University of Melbourne in 2021, examining the role of motivational interviewing in collaborative care approaches to improving mental health and wellbeing.
I am a Clinical Psychologist and Psychology Board of Australia approved Supervisor. I hold a BA (Hons), MPsych (Clinical) and a PhD.
